  • Settle all payments owed promptly as outlined in the payment terms.

HAXINGTON EQUITY commits to:

5. Payment Terms

 

  • HAXINGTON EQUITY earns a 3% commission on each successful deal.

  • Commission is payable upon completion of the financing agreement between the client and lender.

  • Payments must be made through accepted methods (bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the invoice) within the due date indicated.

  • Late payments are subject to a penalty fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month.

6. Refund/Termination Policies

 

  • Refunds for services already rendered are not provided.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • In the event of termination, all outstanding commissions or fees must be settled immediately.

  • Termination due to client non-compliance (e.g., false information, missed payments) may result in legal action.

 

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

HAXINGTON EQUITY is not liable for:

 

  • Financial decisions made by the client.

  • Rejection of financing applications by lenders.

  • Any delays or losses arising from third-party lender actions.

  • All disputes must first be addressed through mutual negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Jersey City, New Jersey.
